A double room with twin bed and fancy washroom, as for instance was ready when we arrived. The location was easy near Pune station and the staff here was nice and pleasant. What's more, it was really close to Lemon Tree Viman Nagar, airport and nature.

It had a comfortable and best possible location very close to the airport and Lemon Tree Viman Nagar and the Restaurant. It also was near Pune station. Thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant for food that was pretty basic. We had a REAL GOOD stay at this good business hotel.

Exceptionally rude staff!

The hotel had a great and favourable location, about 5 minutes' walk from the city center. The room was brand-new and clean and having a coffee maker, a seating area, and iron/ironing board in it was convenient.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Viman Nagar Pune and had a delightful experience. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous, addressing my concerns promptly. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, close to the airport and Phoenix mall. The hotel provided a safe storage facility for my luggage and even offered a fresh room for me to freshen up before my departure. The complimentary drop-off service to the airport was a pleasant surprise.

The staff was very helpful and always ready to assist us with whatever we needed. The room service was great and the housekeeping staff always kept our room clean and tidy. The laundry and wake-up services were reliable and timely. The room amenities such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, mini-bar, and tea and coffee facilities were exceptional. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms allowed us to stay connected with our friends and family.

We had an awesome stay in a long time. The room was wonderful and brand-new, with with nice bed and fancy washroom, for instance. Location: the hotel was right by PUNE airport, and Lemon Tree Viman Nagar...

During my stay at Lemon Tree, the breakfast was nice and functional. However, there were a couple of instances where they ran out of certain items like Amul butter and apples, which could have been better stocked. Apart from that, the experience was good. The staff members, Shriya in F&B and Shubham at the front office reception, were exceptional and provided excellent service.

There was a bit of inconvenience during my check-in. Although I had booked a room in the morning and requested an early check-in, I was asked to wait for an additional hour upon arrival.

My thanksgiving stay was incredibly enjoyable due to the hotel's amazing complimentary breakfast and superb room service. The prime location near several tourist attractions and restaurants made my stay much easier. the hotel staff was incredibly accommodating.

The hotel's parking area was not very secure, and the hot water was not available for an early morning bath.
